Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public broad access to many court records, but access depends on the record type and the office that keeps it. Miami County District Court at 120 S. Pearl Street in Paola handles felony, civil, family, divorce, juvenile public portions, probate, and many state-law traffic matters. The Clerk of the District Court maintains court case records and court administrative services, while County Clerk / Elections led by Laura Epp handles county-government records and Kansas Open Records Act questions from 201 S. Pearl, Suite 102. The Sheriff's Office and Jail at 209 S. Pearl handles jail and sheriff records. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.
